Computers Crash Upon Printing - Known Windows Update Bug

There's a known bug in one of the latest Windows updates which causes the computer to crash when printing.

In order to fix this, uninstall the Windows Update named KB500082 by going into the windows Updates screen --> view installed updates --> uninstall updates --> select KB50082 update and uninstall --> once done the computer will restart.
