Microsoft fixed the bug that caused the computers to crash with the blue screen when you try to print.
To solve it, install all available windows updates, including the optional quality updates on the Windows Update screen which will include the bug fix. See screen shot below.
These updates might require multiple restarts , until Windows Updates screen show "you're up to date".
